Both tracks of the NPSP Training Program start January 24, 2023. 

For those in the NPSP Training Program Live! we will meet twice each week: Tuesdays and Thursdays at  4:00 pm PT/ 7:00 pm ET for 8 weeks.

All classes will be live virtual classes. 

While the NPSP Training Program includes access to the Study Guide and Practice Questions, it is also a live, engaging course that dives deep into the practical uses of NPSP, well beyond what is on the exam.

If you already purchased the Study Guide, you get a special discount on the Training Program! Please check your email for your discount code. 
If you cannot find it, please email us at marketing@technopath.io using the same email address you used when purchasing the Study Guide and we will send the code directly to you.

The short answer, no.

However, basic Salesforce administration knowledge is necessary to keep up.  You will need to know basic terminology and preferably already have a Trailhead account and have set up a playground before.

If you join the Live! option, you will be in live Zoom calls with Sarah twice each week where you can ask any questions you have. Additionally, your cohort will have a dedicated, private group within our NPSP Academy where you can ask each other questions and Sarah will be in there multiple times a week as well. 

The DIY option gets you access to group office hours every other week where you can bring any questions or concerns you have regarding the material or exercises. Your cohort will also have a dedicated, private group inside the NPSP Academy, just like those who join the Live! version. 

If at any time you get stuck with the technology you can email study@technopath.io and if necessary, someone from our team will schedule a Zoom call with you to help you through screen share.

When you sign up for the Live! course you will see Zoom links for each week that will give you access to join our live sessions.

All lecture recordings and assignment instructions are located inside Podia. Each week's lessons and assignments will be released at the start of the new week. 

DIY purchasers will see optional Office Hours zoom links in the 'Start Here' area of podia.

For interaction with classmates, we will use the NPSP Academy. Links to join the NPSP Academy and the private NPSP Training Program group will be sent in the Welcome email after enrollment.

Office Hours are an opportunity every other week for NPSP Training Program DIY students to ask Sarah their questions and receive direct support with any aspects of the assignments they are finding tricky. 

Optional office hours will be held every other week on Fridays at 4pm PT/7:00 pm ET.

They are open to all NPSP Training Program students, both those following the DIY and the Live! options.

If you are unhappy after you complete week 2 of the course or before, you can get a full refund.  You will lose access to the course but not the community should you choose to do this.
