FAQs

When are the live office hours sessions? What will be covered?

Office hours are weekly before Salesforce Saturday for Nonprofits at 12pm ET and Wednesdays at 3 pm ET.

You have the option to hop into up to two Zoom calls to ask questions about content and activities. Some students use this time to do activities and have Sarah as an accountability buddy.

How much does the course cost?

The cost of the class is $999. You can choose a payment plan to spread the payments out over time.

What if I already purchased the Nonprofit Cloud Consultant Exam Study Guide or the NPSP Edge?

This is more intensive than the study guide and as a previous study guide user, you will receive a special discount code.

You get SO much more than just the study guide or basic course. When you take this course you also a live, engaging course that dives deep into the practical uses of NPSP, well beyond what is on the exam.

Do I need to know any technology to take this class?

Basic Salesforce administration knowledge is necessary to keep up. You do not need to be a certified Salesforce Administrator, but you will need to know basic terminology and navigation.

What if I have questions or need help along the way?

We will have Q&A sessions and office hours weekly. Additionally, any time you get stuck on a challenge you can comment on the lesson and if necessary, someone from our team will schedule a Zoom call with you to help you through screen share.

How do I access the class?

All lecture recordings and assignment instructions are located inside Podia. The Zoom links to weekly office hours are located here too!

Each week's lessons and assignments will be released at the start of the new week.

For interaction with classmates, we will use Slack, so be on the lookout for invites!

If this course isn’t right for me, can I get a refund?

If you are unhappy after you complete week 2 of the course or before, you can get a full refund. You will lose access to the course but not the community should you choose to do this.

How do I add a question and answer to my FAQ section?

In the "Content" tab, scroll down and click on an existing question to edit the text. Click "New Question" to add more questions to your FAQ.

How do I qualify to participate in a pro-bono project?

Real-World Assignments with pro-bono nonprofit clients will start four times a year:

October 15th, January 15th, April 15th, and July 15th.

To qualify to participate in these, portfolios must be turned in on October 7th, January 7th, April 7th, and July 7th. Instructions on how to turn in portfolio are given within the course.
