FAQs

Do I need to know any technology to take this class?

Basic Salesforce administration knowledge is necessary to keep up. You do not need to be a certified Salesforce Administrator, but you will need to know basic terminology and navigation.

What if I have questions or need help along the way?

We will have Q&A sessions and office hours throughout the course. Additionally, any time you get stuck on a challenge you can email support@technopath.io and if necessary, someone from our team will schedule a Zoom call with you to help you through screen share.

How do I access the class?

When you sign up for the course you will receive a Zoom registration link that will give you access to join our live sessions.

When does the Live Class take place?

Each Wednesday at 2:30 pm ET, we’ll introduce the topic and challenges for the week.

What are office hours? When do they happen?

To answer questions and workshop your specific Salesforce issues or roadblocks, there are 2 hours of weekly office hours via Zoom at 3 pm ET on Fridays. You will receive the Zoom link to office hours after the first live class.

If this course isn’t right for me, can I get a refund?

If you are unhappy after you complete week 2 of the course or before, you can get a full refund. You will lose access to the course but not the community should you choose to do this.
