This is the first in a series of blogs were I reflect on my experiences at Dreamin' in Color. Here I'll delve into the key takeaways from Cherrice Browne's session entitled: Unlocking Practical Strategies: The Mitosis Model for Seamless Salesforce Change.

Note from the author: I'll be honest, before attending Dreamin' in Color I was seriously thinking about throwing in the towel. With the new Nonprofit Cloud, I was feeling like I had lost my footing in the Salesforce ecosystem. The conference's theme of Dare to Do, Dare to Dream really inspired me. I started to Technopath with a hope of creating entryways into the ecosystem for people by giving them opportunities to work with nonprofits. The conference re-ignited that flame. This is the first in a series of blogs were I reflect on my experiences there.


I had the pleasure of meeting Cherrice Browne during Dreamin’ in Color’s Golf Outing. We talked about her transition into Salesforce and how she stepped in to save a project after significant time and money had been wasted. I was truly impressed by her drive and ambition to reach the C-Suite at a large company, a goal that would intimidate me.

We chatted before golf, during lunch, and at her presentation at Dreamin’ in Color. It's clear that any company would be fortunate to have her at the helm.

During her presentation, Cherrice shared valuable insights and experiences on navigating the complexities of implementing seamless change in large-scale projects.
