FAQs

Do I need to know any technology to take this class?

Basic Salesforce administration knowledge is necessary to keep up.  You do not need to be a certified Salesforce Administrator, but you will need to know basic terminology and navigation.

What if I have questions or need help along the way?

We will have Q&A sessions and office hours throughout the course. Additionally, any time you get stuck on a challenge you can email study@technopath.io and if necessary, someone from our team will schedule a Zoom call with you to help you through screen share.

How do I access the class?

When you sign up for the course you will receive a Zoom registration link that will give you access to join our live sessions.

When does the Live Class take place?

The latest version of this course starts on February 1st, 2022. Each week with two timeslot choices/cohorts: Tuesdays at 5 am PT/8 am ET or Tuesdays at  4:00 pm PT/ 7:00 pm ET.  All classes will be live virtual classes. 

What are office hours? When do they happen?

After the course, the recording and homework challenges will be posted here.  You will have a full week to do the challenges before we review at our Friday office hours the following week at 4pm PT/7:00 pm ET.

If this course isn’t right for me, can I get a refund?

If you are unhappy after you complete week 2 of the course or before, you can get a full refund.  You will lose access to the course but not the community should you choose to do this.
